Project Breakdowns
These are some of the basic service items we perform, and what you should expect:
Water Heaters
Water heater replacements are very common, especially since the average lifespan of a water heater is only about 10 years. When your unit is showing signs of leaking around the bottom with no visible source, its likely time for a new one. The time table may vary: it could last a week, or it could last another year, but eventually that old water heater will give out. Don't wait until it's too late.
Water Softeners and Filters
Having poor water quality can make everyday tasks like bathing, washing clothes, running a dishwasher, and most especially drinking from the tap unsatisfying and at times even unsafe for you or your personal property. Testing your water quality is the first step. From there we can come up with a custom water treatment solution that meets your needs. This can include various water filters (whole house, ice maker, RO systems), water softeners, iron filters, and more.
Faucet Repair/Replacement
Is that old kitchen faucet dripping constantly? It might be time for some new parts, or even a new faucet. We can decide if your exisiting faucet is worth it to you to repair, or perhaps its time for a new style with a handy gooseneck sprayer built in. Whatever your choice, we can help. From bathtub, lavatory, kitchen faucets and more... we can set you up with what you want.
Hose Spigot/Hose Bib
Here in the weather wonderland of Michigan it gets cold during our long winters. Sometimes that means that the following spring as you go to use your hose for the 1st time of the year water comes pouring out... and hopefully it stays outside of the house. One of the major culprits of burst hose spigots (aka outside faucets or hose bibs) is leaving a hose attached during freezing temps. But don't worry, we can help. Let us either repair the damaged internal components or install a new "frost free" hose bib.
